Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Polaris website and any of its intelligence modules (together, the "Service"), operated by Polaris ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

What Polaris Provides

Polaris is an adaptive business intelligence company. We help organizations discover opportunities, validate decisions, and execute with confidence using a shared intelligence framework applied across multiple business modules.

Intelligence Modules

Polaris is built as a set of intelligence modules sharing one framework. Property Intelligence is currently our production-ready module; other modules referenced on this site are in development and not yet available. Where a module has its own dedicated experience — such as the Property Intelligence Buyer Readiness Assessment — that module may be governed by additional terms specific to it, which supplement these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into business or property arrangements to use this Service.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when engaging with Polaris or any of its modules
• Use the Service only for genuine business or property inquiries
• Not attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service beyond normal use

No Guarantee of Outcome

Engaging with Polaris or submitting an inquiry through any module does not guarantee a specific outcome, recommendation, or match. We prioritize evidence-based, quality outcomes over volume, and not every inquiry results in an immediate or eventual recommendation.

Intellectual Property

The Polaris name, logo, website content, and the structure of our intelligence framework and modules are the property of Polaris and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polaris shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
