Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Polaris RI website and the Buyer Readiness Assessment (together, the "Service"), operated by Polaris RI ("Polaris," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service or submitting the Buyer Readiness Assessment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What Polaris Provides

Polaris RI is an adaptive business intelligence company. Through this Service, we help qualified buyers discover privately represented premium property opportunities using structured intelligence, careful matching, and confidential advisory. The Buyer Readiness Assessment is a tool that helps us understand your requirements before recommending any opportunity.

Not a Public Marketplace or Brokerage Listing Service

Polaris is not a public property marketplace or listing platform. We do not display property listings for browsing. Opportunities are represented directly and privately to buyers whose assessed profile shows a genuine match. Submitting an assessment does not create a right to be shown any specific property or to receive a response within any particular timeframe.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into real estate transactions under Philippine law to use this Service. By submitting the assessment, you represent that this is true and that all information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your Buyer Readiness Assessment
• Use the Service only for genuine property inquiries, not for research, competitive intelligence, or any unrelated purpose
• Not attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service beyond normal use
• Not submit information on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent

No Guarantee of Match or Outcome

Submitting an assessment does not guarantee that Polaris currently has, or will have, an opportunity matching your profile. As explained on our website, we prioritize quality over volume — not every buyer receives an immediate recommendation, and some may not receive one at all if no genuine match exists. Any property opportunity, once introduced, is subject to separate discussion, negotiation, and its own terms with the relevant seller or representative, none of which are governed by these Terms.

Fees

The Buyer Readiness Assessment and matching process described on this website are provided to buyers free of charge. Any fees, commissions, or costs associated with an actual property transaction, should one occur, will be disclosed and agreed separately before you incur them.

Intellectual Property

The Polaris name, logo, website content, and the structure of the Buyer Readiness Assessment are the property of Polaris RI and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and reflects our obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Polaris RI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any opportunity introduced through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

We reserve the right to decline to process an assessment, discontinue matching efforts, or restrict access to the Service at our discretion — for example, where information provided appears inaccurate, the inquiry appears non-genuine, or as needed to comply with legal obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
